SHIPPING CHARGES:
Ground shipping charges within the 48 contiguous states are included on all items in our store. You will not see a shipping charge on your order unless you choose Express Shipping, as described below. Please note - as described in detail in our Refund Policy below, any item being returned that is not damaged or defective will be be assessed a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs that are initially incurred by Iznad Golf when the item is shipped..
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Express Shipping (2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select) is available at an additional cost. The cost will automatically be calculated during the check out process.
Please note that on some larger items shipping
charges are calculated by volume, upon which additional shipping charges may be added.
We cannot offer Express Shipping on all items in our store as many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and not all manufacturers offer expedited shipping options.
Please feel free to contact us regarding a
particular item(s) that you may need rush delivery on.
Please note that Express Shipping refers to business days. Saturdays and Sundays should not be included when calculating approximate delivery dates.
DELIVERY TIME: Iznad Golf offers many items that ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, therefore shipping times will vary between items. Included at the bottom of each item description is an approximate shipping time for that item.
Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need additional
verification and therefore will be delayed. We ask that you please
submit the billing information exactly as stated on your credit card statement
so that your order may be processed in the most efficient manner. Orders received before 9:00 AM PST (12:00 PM EST) will be processed that same business day, otherwise they will be processed the next day.

We automatically insure all packages.

We can accept credit cards for international orders. All credit card orders will need to be accompanied by either a copy of the credit card or a copy of a current billing statement showing the same shipping address as the order.
Prices do not include any taxes or tariffs that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office for these charges. You are responsible for paying taxes or tariffs to your customs officials. We do not collect these charges.
Due to the shipping costs you will incur in exchanging or returning non-defective items from international orders, we strongly suggest that you confirm all options (sizes, colors, etc.) prior to placing your order.
Please note: All prices are in United States dollars. To find exchange rate information please view Yahoo's Currency Conversion tool.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards
issued by banks within the United States. We also accept PayPal.
We regret that we cannot process orders via COD, company check, personal
check, money order or other payment methods not listed above.
All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders
shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional
verification.
RETURN POLICY: Iznad Golf is committed to providing you with
an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience, which is why we offer
a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product simply return it within 30 days for a refund, based upon our Return Guidelines:
Items being returned must be accompanied by the original packaging materials, including item tags and labels.
Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.
Items being returned or exchanged that are not damaged or defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs that Iznad Golf incurred in sending you the product initially. Iznad Golf is not responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning an item(s)to us unless it is deemed faulty or defective.
Items being returned to us that are deemed damaged or defective will be credited in full including the initial shipping costs and Iznad Golf will pay the shipping costs to have the item returned to us.
Special Order items such as personalized plaques or embroidered apparel and custom Orders are not returnable.
Samsonite items are not returnable.
Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special
ordered items as well as Samsonite.
CLOSE OUT items are not returnable.
If you should need to return an item:

with the following information, requesting a refund or exchange:
1. Order number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Type of return: (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
We will reply via email with a return address and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#),
which MUST be issued prior to Iznad Golf accepting any returns. Packages
without an RMA number cannot be accepted at our warehouse, or any manufacturer's warehouse.
Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt, exchange or refund instructions and the RMA number.
The RMA number should also be noted on the shipping label when returning an item - in the following form: Attention - Returns (RMA # )
Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped. Again, please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return
is a result of our error or quality defect, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is a top priority for Iznad Golf and we take it very seriously.
We promise never to sell any customer's information to any third party.
This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this
site will be used only by Iznad Golf. We do have manufacturers that assist
us with fulfillment and shipping in certain categories, and in such cases
those companies receive only a name and shipping address so that they can
process and ship your order properly.
SECURITY
We use secure server technology to process your order, so your credit card
information is encrypted when your order is submitted, allowing for a safe
and worry-free transaction.. No one outside our system can read or access
your credit card information.

NIKE - To protect its reputation and identity, Nike reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any Nike garment of any trademark, name, design or logo of an organization, business, school or team (or for an individual or other entity) that does not meet certain standards. Please contact your representative for any questions. The decoration of any Nike garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional college institution without the prior written authorization of both the owner of such mark, name or logo and/or Nike is expressly prohibited. These products may not be sold without embellishment.
